journal #3 Discuss your virtual life or how you spend your time online.

On an average day I spend about four to five hours online. I for most part I search up for the latest rock song that has come out. I also like to go to You Tube to first listen to the song before I download it. I spend allot of time on downloading music. After I am done with music I go back to the previously opened window which is my Face book page and I see if there is anyone that I may want to talk to and i start a conversation. i stay on the conversation for about an hour to two. While I'm talking with who ever I also open up another window and start playing any random game, like Line Rider, or any other.
On the other hand I also spend allot of time on the itunes making a play list or organizing them. I spend a lot of time locking for songs on itunes store. I also like to go online and see the different prices for accessories for my iPhone, anything that will make it more user friendly than it already is. Also I really like to check out a variety of tattoo designs like tribal, Celtic, dragon and many others. I also play a game that i was taught, and the rules are, you have to go to Wikipedia and search anything and by clicking on links get to an other and you can only do ten clicks.

journal #2 Do music Videos affect the way you feel about particular songs?

I feel that music videos do affect the way that i feel about any song, like on Yahoo, they were discussing about the video for Smells Like Teen Spirit by Kurt Cabain, lead singer of Nirvana, and how it became like an anthem for pissed-of teenaged misfits. When I first saw the video it made me feel like i was hearing the song for the first time. It was so different from what I had pictured it, but come to think of it now it fits the son pretty well. The music vedo of a song does truely affect the way that you picture a song in your ming. Some music videos don't seem to fit the songs like The Pretender by the Foo Fighters, where  they are in this warehouse and behinded them is this glass full of liquid, and in front of them there are many of whome seem to be officers of the law and then they start to sing and the officers rush towoards them and the glass behind them explodes and all the officers are knocked down except for the band that is still play.

journal #1 What has fustrated you the most about college so far?

The event that has frustrated me the most about college is that i have to wake up early every morning just to drive about 40 minutes from Danbury to Norwalk and then an other 40 minutes back. College has become more than just then an education for me, it has become a never ending trip. I find it hard to get up every morning just to have to drive 40 minutes just to come to Norwalk and also have to wait in the same spot for more than half an hour just to be told to come back again because the book required for the course has not come in yet and will be in soon.
Also what has become a hassle about college is the fact that i have to wait more than half a hour doing nothing just to wait till a class to begging. Then when it does have to sit through a course that seems never ending. Also what seems to bother me about classes is that they are separated by a day. That makes it seem like i have a lot of time in my hands to do all the work but when there is never enough time to do all the work.
